RCN News also reported that in Medellín a Halloween caravan was also made on skates, despite the fact that there was a curfew in Antioquia.
Similarly, in Cúcuta and Bucaramanga, caravans on bicycles, motorcycles and vehicles were reported, even with people who were drinking. The participants were sanctioned.
