Due to the new provisions of ‘curfew and peak and cedula’ decreed by the departmental and local authorities, the Metro maintains and extends the modifications in its service until January 2, 2021.

On Thursday, December 31, Friday, January 1 and Saturday, January 2, the Metro will only provide service until 9:00 p.m. The last trains will leave Niquía and La Estrella stations at 8:40 p.m.

Additionally, on January 1 and 2, the Metro network will start operating from 5:30 a.m. Both dates, the metrocables lines will operate on Sundays and holidays: line K, from 8:30 a.m. Lines J, H and M, from 9:00 am

In addition, the Metrocable line L (Arví) will not provide service on January 1 and 2, following the curfew measures decreed by the Municipal Government, since it is a line with a tourist vocation.

The Customer Service Points (PAC) will also not provide service on Saturday, January 2.

It is important to remember that the ‘pico y cédula’ measure only applies to commercial establishments and does not restrict mobility. According to this, citizens will be able to make use of the Metro network without the need to verify their identity document. However, during the curfew, only people who are part of the exceptions contemplated in the decrees issued by local and departmental authorities may use the Metro network.

Finally, the Metro invites its users to comply with these provisions designed to protect the health of all and to apply self-care inside and outside the System.
