Experts point out that they are nocturnal animals, They can be seen more active at night and are attracted to light. In the same way, they are considered within the threatened species in Ukraine, so his sighting was great news for the scientific and environmental community of the country.

It should be remembered that Chernobyl was the scene of the worst nuclear accident in history in 1986 when a reactor at the Vladimir Ilyich Lenin nuclear power plant, near the city, exploded after a failed test.
