After the contest, the Mayor’s Office of Cartagena announces a new bill and ID | THE UNIVERSAL

On Saturday night, the Mayor’s Office of Cartagena announced, through Decree 0599, the schedule of the peak and ID that will govern the city during the new period of mandatory preventive isolation, that is, from 11 to 25 may.

The new schedule, chosen in the contest opened by Mayor William Dau, stipulates that the peak and identity card is double-digit and genderless, which means that men and women will be able to leave the same day. It also establishes Sundays as days of total isolation or “days of not hanging around.”

The decree authorizes the movement of a person from the family nucleus, according to their last digit of identity card and from 6 in the morning until 4 in the afternoon, to carry out the following activities:

Acquisition of basic necessities such as food, beverages, medicines, medical devices, cleaning, cleaning and goods for ordinary consumption in the population.

Displacement to banking, financial and payment operator services, and notary services.

Assistance to health centers, services and establishments.

Other measures

Regardless of the identification number, pets or pets can be taken out in their immediate environment for a period of 15 minutes.

The development of physical activities and individual outdoor exercises is authorized for people who are in the age range of 18 to 60 years, for a maximum period of one hour a day, during the hours from 05:00 to 07:00 hours, for which a distance of 5 meters must be maintained between each one.

Minors and adults over 60 years old can go out for physical activities and exercise outdoors on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, for a period of half an hour, between the hours of 16:00 to 17:00.

Mandatory use of face masks, or any item that covers the mouth and nose in public places, such as public transport, market places, supermarkets, shopping centers and banks; where the social distancing of its clients and users must be guaranteed.

Consumption of intoxicating alcoholic beverages in open spaces and commercial establishments is prohibited during the term of the isolation measure and until May 25, 2020. The sale of intoxicating beverages is not prohibited.

The Mayor’s Office indicated that the chosen proposal for a bill and a certificate was presented by Nina Ferrer Araújo, dean of the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of the San Buenaventura University and a master in Gender, Society and Public Policy.

Andrés Barros, Pedro Torres Vergel, Deysi Marrugo García and Rudel Amadis Díaz also agreed with her.
