“I want to say that Venezuela has obtained a medicine that cancels the coronavirus 100% “Nicolás Maduro said in a government act in which he specified that the Venezuelan Institute for Scientific Research (IVIC) has been studying it for 6 months.

Maduro was confident that the studies will be ratified by the WHO and, later, they will proceed “to prepare mass production” thanks to “international alliances” that he did not detail. This was ratified in a message he posted Sunday night on his Twitter account.

The Minister of Science and Technology, Gabriela Jiménez, clarified that the study “was monitored through cells infected with viruses [SARS-COV-2] isolated from Venezuelan patients ”.
The molecule is, as he added, a derivative of ursolic acid and the studies, according to his data, “show 100% inhibition of virus replication in vitro.”
On Twitter, sections of the government act circulate in which Maduro announced the discovery of the drug that would totally cancel COVID-19.

Almost 90,000 cases of coronavirus in Venezuela, according to official figures
The executive vice president, Delcy Rodríguez, reported that the authorities have located, in the last hours, 423 new cases of COVID-19, bringing the total figure to 89,565 infections.
Of these, 398 are “community” and 25 “imported” by returned migrants.
However, It did not break down the cases by state nor did it report how many people have died in the last 24 hours for the disease caused by the new coronavirus called SARS-COV-2.
