I want to apologize to the Secretariat for Women, our Governor and all the women of the Nation for what happened. I mean that I am at the disposal of the law for any situation that arises“Said Rebaje García.
And he added: “I would like this case that occurred to serve as an example so that this ugly, horrible case does not happen again. I feel ashamed, (that) it does not happen again anywhere in the world. I have a mother, I have a wife, I have daughters ”.
