In the video, which was taken from a live broadcast of the mayor’s office, the president is seen walking with several journalists while asking them to settle in that place outside the building to start the press conference. An official tells her that they first enter to finish the tour and that later they can give space for the questions of the communicators, that’s when López says that if they do not do it at that time, they will finish at 12 and “it’s not going to be on the noon news.” However, several officials convince her and enter to finish the tour.

The video was published by the Bogotá Firme account on Twitter, where he wrote that the mayor “only cares about the show.” “In Bosa Claudia López was inaugurating the care block, at one point she realized that her route was not going to appear on the noon news, so she had the route suspended, made the community wait and advance the press conference ”The tweet reads, however, the mayor did not suspend the tour as stated.

At that event, the mayor said that the city is not experiencing a second wave of covid-19 as planned for this month. López said that there are strict controls and monitoring of the health of people over 60 years of age with some preexistence, this in conjunction with the EPS of the city.
