EL TIEMPO decided to contact Chak García, pastor of the Rebaño de Lobos church. They were pointed out by the family and friends of Ángela del Pilar Ferro Gaitán, the woman attacked with an ax on October 17 by her sentimental partner, Miguel Camilo Parra. They said members of the congregation manipulated that relationship.
Friends of the victim have specifically said, that this church came to advise the couple and that, in some way, they advised them to continue despite the problems of coexistence they had.
But Garcia explained that in all this there must be a confusion. He added that the ‘Rebaño de Lobos’ church is Christian like any other and not a sect. and that they are located at Calle 63 No. 28ª35.
Of course, he accepted that in 2019 Camilo went to church at least three times and Angela once, but that they were not considered active members. “The assigned advisor tried to locate them through the pet products business but they never allowed themselves to help or advise. He also said that after the deployment of all this news, he found videos of other so-called pastors where they mention Camilo’s name but that he could not say if it is a consolidated Christian church. “Mr. Jonathan Tutta, Angela’s friend, has told some media that he has some audios of mine where we advise the couple but it must be other people.”

We clarify that there is no active link on the part of Mr. Miguel Camilo Parra with our organization FOW Rebaño de Lobos; who attended occasionally in 2019, and for the last time on March 1, 2020; We repeatedly tried to establish a way to help him, but it was not possible, we never gave them a couple counseling since Angela Del Pilar Gaitán only attended once.
