Patricia is remembered for being one of the main female representatives of the genre. The song ‘Tarde lo met’ is one of her biggest hits.

Martin Elijah

After giving a concert in Coveñas, Sucre, the truck in which Martín Elías was traveling was the protagonist of a traffic accident registered on a road near the town of Aguas Negras, Córdoba, on April 14, 2017.

The artist was admitted to the La Magdalena clinic in his hometown, Barrancabermeja, due to a problem with his spine.. Later, on June 23, 2020, he died at the age of 48, according to various national media reports.

On September 3, 2020, the news of the death of Miguel Antonio Durán, a renowned Vallenato singer, accordionist and composer, who died due to a bacterium that he acquired while hospitalized, was known.

In principle, the artist was hospitalized for 45 days in a clinic in Sincelejo because of covid-19. However, he managed to get out of intensive care and was transferred to another medical center to finish recovering.
