The president of the United States, Donald Trump, assured this Saturday afternoon that he is “much better” and is working to recover fully, after testing positive for coronavirus and being transported to Walter Reed Military Hospital, outside of Washington.
The president’s words were recorded in a video he recorded from the medical center and uploaded to his Twitter account.(Read also: This is what is known about the contagion of covid-19 from Donald Trump).
“I arrived at the hospital, I was not feeling very well, but now I feel much better. We are working hard to get back fully. I have to go back because we still have to make America great again“said Trump, who appeared in the clip sitting dressed in a shirt and jacket and sitting behind a desk.
“I think I will be back soon. I want to finish the campaign according to what we have planned. We are going to beat this coronavirus, or whatever you want to call it”, He added.

He also spoke of his wife, Melania Trump, whom he said is handling the contagion issue well (she also tested positive) and thanked the Americans and world leaders for the displays of “love”.
