Is home remodeling included in the restart of activities?
I mean
No. Although a protocol was established for the construction sector, “it is progressive, gradual, and at the moment there is no renovation being enabled” of homes, Duque said.
Is there any support for small and medium entrepreneurs?
I mean
According to the Minister of Commerce, José Manuel Restrepo, a special line of credit was created for microentrepreneurs so that they can pay the payroll, which has 90% support from the National Government. “The priority is that the microentrepreneur can keep those jobs,” said the official.
Who should provide protection elements for those who resume activities?
I mean
Employers. According to the President, mayors must supervise from the local level that these protocols are complied with to sanction those who do not comply with them.
Are the casinos going to open?
No. According to Duque, activities will be resumed in terms of chance and lottery, sectors from which important resources for health are obtained. In addition, many of the points of sale serve as non-bank correspondents to record aid to the vulnerable population.
When do they pay the Solidarity Income?
I mean
Duque pointed out that before the end of April they have the goal of allocating the resources to the unbanked, since the others must have already received at least the first draft.
