In the 22 municipalities, the curfew and dry law will govern from Thursday, March 25, at 8:00 p.m., until Friday, March 26, at 5:00 a.m., it continues on Friday, March 26 at 8:00 a.m. pm until 5:00 am on Saturday March 27 and that same day the measure will begin from 4:00 pm until Sunday 28 at 5:00 am
From Monday to Wednesday of Easter, the measure will operate every day from 8:00 pm to 5:00 am the next day. For Holy Thursday, Good Friday, Glory Saturday and Easter Sunday, the measure will be in force from 4:00 pm on April 1 to 5:00 am on April 5.
The Government of the Atlantic and the mayors also agreed that religious events, on the occasion of Holy Week, will be allowed, fulfilling 35 percent of the capacity in the temples and biosafety measures, such as maintaining two meters of distance.
It was also decided to prohibit the operation of discos and dance venues, as well as the consumption of intoxicating beverages in public spaces and commercial establishments.
Regarding the ‘pico y cédula’, at the meeting the mayors agreed to restrict entry into public places such as banks, notaries and supermarkets as of March 25 as follows: Thursday March 25: odd, Friday March 26: Even, Saturday March 27: Odd, Sunday March 28: Even, Monday March 29: Odd, Tuesday March 30: Even, Wednesday March 31: Odd, Thursday April 1: Even, Friday April 2: Odd , Saturday April 3: even, and Sunday April 4: odd. The recent report of the National Institute of Health (INS) reported 487 new cases of Coronavirus and 12 deaths in the department of Atlántico, of which 5 were in Soledad and 4 in Malambo. This situation also worries the municipal authorities, for which the pertinent measures have already been adopted.
