It should be noted that the measure will last until 11:00 pm, since this is the closing time limit for establishments in the capital.

Exceptions of pico and cédula in Bogotá

The measure does not apply in the following cases:

  • Notary, banking, financial and administrative services and procedures that require the simultaneous appearance of two or more people for their performance.
  • Places of the cultural sector such as: cinemas, theaters, museums, theme parks or gyms.
  • People who support older adults, people with disabilities or sick with special treatments that require accompaniment to carry out procedures or activities.
  • Medical personnel and others linked to the provision of the health service, who must be duly identified.
  • Those in charge of the distribution of liquid fuels derived from petroleum, in accordance with the provisions of National Decree 1521 of 1998.
  • Hotel workers and / or all those who provide gastronomic services in restaurants.
