“Ordóñez was referred to a hospital after the controls found saturation levels below what is advisable,” said the newspaper.

The information indicates that the official of the government of President Iván Duque continues to exercise his functions from the clinic, and that he would be waiting to be released to return home.

This, according to journalist Alejandra Bonilla, because Ordóñez required medical attention for COVID-19, but he did not enter an intensive or intermediate care unit “nor did he need mechanical assistance.”
