A video broadcast by social networks, and published in this note, shows how the rain that fell this Tuesday in Bogotá penetrates the infrastructure of the Kennedy Hospital, located in the southwest of the city.

According to Blu Radio, the water fell into the room of the emergency observation center of the medical center, from where the patients were recorded astonished by the situation, as seen below:

Another video, posted below, shows that people piled up in a corner of the emergency room, while Kennedy Hospital personnel tried to help them.

The hospital said, according to the station, that the emergency was quickly overcome; however, on social media there was a flood of criticism of the District and the Government, for the evident neglect.

And it is that the Kennedy Hospital, a town in Bogotá that could also go into quarantine if it continues with an increase in coronavirus cases, is one of those that still has ICU beds available.

However, the deplorable conditions call into question whether a good service can be provided.

Precisely because of all these difficulties, added to the carelessness of the people and the lack of medicines, the Medical College of Bogotá requested that a hospital red alert and health emergency be decreed in the city.
