On the morning of December 25, the National Police reported a traffic accident that occurred in the Sierra Morena sector, in the town of Ciudad Bolívar, in Bogotá. In the fact that it appeared around 8:30 in the morning, a truck ran into a car in which a family was going, confirmed El Tiempo.

The five-year-old minor arrived at Meissen Hospital without vital signs, while another minor entered the Intensive Care Unit. The 26-year-old driver of the tractor is at the Proinfo Medical Clinic for presenting a slight trauma to the head along with the other minor, 14, who also has the same medical report, reported El Espectador. Another minor would have a skull fracture. The newscast reported that when Legal Medicine officials came to see the condition of the passengers in the car, they had to leave for a moment when they saw the shocking images left by the accident.

For its part, the Mobility Secretariat of Bogotá suggests taking other routes for those who pass through the place and thus avoid traffic jams. Some of these routes are the south highway towards Soacha – Bogotá, Carrera 51 heading south to go on 68 and Avenida Boyacá that leads east.
