The measure of the ‘pico y cédula’, which regulates the entry of citizens to commercial establishments, banks and notaries, as well as places for citizen service in public entities, will work throughout the department -except for Cali and Buenaventura- of the Following way:

  • The IDs whose last digit is an odd number (1, 3, 5, 7 and 9) are enabled to access these services on days December 25, 27, 29 and 31, as well as January 2 and 4.
  • The documents finished in even numbers (2, 4, 6, 8 and 0) may go to these places on the days December 26, 28 and 30, as well as January 1 and 3.

It is necessary to remember that the schedule in which the curfew and dry law measures govern was also extended: it will begin at 8:00 pm and will end at 5:00 am the next day in all Valle del Cauca municipalities except for Cali and Buenaventura.
