In 2020, workers can receive no less than 5 different types of payments in federal government programs. According to a list of Notícias Concursos, there are two payments in total Time of Service Guarantee Fund (FGTS) and three in PEE.
One of them is the PIS / PASEP salary bonus for those who worked with a formal contract in 2018. Withdrawals in this modality can be made until May 29.
The other also corresponds to the PIS / PASEP grant, but for those who worked in 2019. Withdrawals can be made from the second semester.
There is also the annual income of PIS Fund. The amount will be paid only to those who worked with a formal contract between 1971 and 1988 and have not yet withdrawn the funds.
The other two refer to Time of Service Guarantee Fund (FGTS). One of them is the loot emergency which, due to the pandemic, will allow the withdrawal of up to R $ 1,045 per account. All workers may withdraw.
The other modality published in the FGTS was the booty birthday, announced since last year. Withdrawals, which began on April 1 of this year, may guarantee annual resources in the month of the worker’s birthday.
Know everything:
FGTS emergency withdrawal of R $ 1,045
The federal government launched new withdrawals from active and inactive accounts of Service Guarantee Fund (FGTS) in the value of R $ 1,045. With this, many workers had doubts about releasing benefit withdrawals.
According to the Government, all workers, anyone with an account, active or inactiveyou can withdraw the FGTS from June 15 to December 31, the period in which the benefit was released.
It is worth remembering that, as it is a Provisional Measure (MP), the operation has an immediate application. However, the text must be approved by Congress in 120 days. Before the crisis coronavirus, Congress enacted a law for parliamentarians to have a faster rite in the Legislature during this period of just 16 days.
Now, it will be up to the benefit payment manager, the Federal Economic Fund, the definition of criteria and the Fund’s withdrawal schedule. Even in the same MP, it was decided to close the PIS-Pasep Fund. The text is a way to mitigate the effects on the economy of the coronavirus pandemic.
The launch of new FGTS withdrawals has been studied since March 13. At that time, the Minister of the Economy, Paulo Guedes, had already spoken about the possibility of releasing funds from the Duration of Service Guarantee Fund (FGTS). At the time, Guedes did not elaborate on the proposal, but said the government was “examining everything.”
“We have R $ 22 billion PIS / Pasep, the fund that we have already called several times. There have already been two waves of bailouts, first for owners and then for heirs. Our idea is to merge with FGTS, we will make a reservation of these resources for, eventually, if the heirs appear. If heirs appear, rights remain. Once this reserve is made, the remaining funds of R $ 20 billion will be released, ”said Guedes on the matter.
