A person was attacked by a woman in a homophobic attack at a traditional bakery in Pompeii, in western São Paulo. Videos circulating on social networks show the incident, at the Dona Deôla bakery, when the woman offends her, slaps her face and throws objects. The aggressor, a 45-year-old lawyer, was arrested on the spot, according to information from the Secretary of Security. She was charged with bodily injury, injury, and homophobia.
The case happened on Friday (20). In one of the homophobic lines, the woman tells an employee, who was trying to defuse the situation: “I’m not talking. Is this a gay bakery?” She was also accused of transphobic and racist statements by those involved.
The woman is still seen slapping the victim, trying to grab her by the hair.

According to the press office of the Dona Deôla bakery, the case began when a customer, identified as Lidiane Biezok, arrived at the scene. She was apparently an employee altered and abused, in addition to throwing objects to the ground.
Two people who were together, Kleiton and Boni – who is seen in the video with her hair pulled – tried to intervene in the situation and began to be attacked.
Also according to the press office, the manager called the police, who arrived minutes later, referring those involved to the police station, where police complaints were registered by the officials and the couple who were victims of the homophobic attack.

The bakery said it repudiated and regretted the fact and said that it had made itself available to the victims for the development of the case.
In her Instagram stories, Kelton complains that even with the police, the woman can still stay at the establishment. “Nobody does anything. She has already attacked, demoralized, was racist, transphobic, homophobic and still manages to enter the establishment. It is not normal, she is not respecting anyone here.”
The report sent a message to Lidiane, Kleiton and Boni, but has yet to return.
