This would already happen under an organized and credible government. However, despite having one of the best public immunization systems in the world, belonging to SUS, the Bolsonaro administration, like a Midas from the inside out, manages to turn everything it touches into a tragedy. This situation makes the population feel insecure, that they are not sure if their government will be able to carry out such a war effort. Especially since it has already shown that it is, in fact, an infiltrated agent of the virus.
