Brazilian literature is, once again, in mourning. With coronavirus symptoms, there was no confirmation of the disease or not, he was admitted to the Quinta D’Or Hospital, in the north of Rio de Janeiro.

The writer’s sister, Sonia Sant’Anna, published the news of Sérgio’s death on her personal Facebook profile.

With more than 50 years of career, Sérgio Sant’Anna had one of his main characteristics of literary experimentation. Regarding his main works, there are “Ralfo’s Confessions” (1975) “A delicate crime” (1997) “João Gilberto concert in Rio de Janeiro” (1983) and “The man-woman” (2014) The most recent is “Night Angel”, launched in 2017.
