The President of the Republic, Jair Bolsonaro, and the President of the Senate, Davi Alcolumbre (DEM-AP), had Covid-19 and recovered.

At that time, more than 20 people who had contact with the president’s delegation had positive results in tests that detect the coronavirus infection.

Until now, at least eight of the 23 ministers of the federal government had the coronavirus. First lady Michelle Bolsonaro also contracted the disease. The list consists of:
