Alvinegro Praiano’s debts are cause for one more punishment; Robinho should be the last reinforcement of the next months
Santos should be punished again by FIFA and ban him from registering athletes for a few months. At the opening of the international transfer window, on Tuesday October 13, the Albino Negro club should be prohibited from registering new players.

The reason for yet another punishment is the club’s debt with Huachipato-CHI and Atlético Nacional-COL for the hiring of Solteldo (R $ 19 million) and (R $ 5 million), respectively. Until these debts, which total R $ 24 million, are settled, Santos cannot have reinforcements.
This situation has been recurring since March, when the club was sanctioned (also by FIFA) for a debt with Hamburg-ALE, for the hiring of Cléber Reis, still in 2016. Alvinegro paid off the debt with a German team and managed to register two players. before being punished again: defender Laércio and striker Robinho.
The Santos idol, who returns for his fourth visit to Vila Belmiro, was the last to appear in the BID (daily bulletin) and, therefore, should be the last reinforcement of the club for the coming months.
The transfer window for players operating outside of Brazil will be short: between October 13 and November 9. Thus, the teams will have less than a month to try to hire a player who works away from the country.
