The governor of Paraná Carlos Massa Ratinho Junior signed this Tuesday (1) a decree 6284/2020 which establishes the prohibition of the movement of people between 11:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. OR curfew applies as of this Wednesday (2) for the activities considered not essential, listed in decree 4317/2020.
In the decree of this Tuesday it is not specified about possible punishments or about the type of orientation that the person takes on the street at the time of the restriction.

The list of activities considered essential is as follows:
Sole paragraph. The essential services and activities are:

II – medical and hospital assistance;
III – veterinary assistance;
IV – production, distribution and sale of medicines for human and veterinary use and dental-medical-hospital products, including delivery and similar delivery methods;
V – production, distribution and sale of food for human and animal use, including home delivery, convenience stores and the like, even if

VI – farmers to maintain the supply of inputs and food necessary for the maintenance of animal life;
VII – funeral homes;
VIII – collective transport, including taxi services and paid private individual passenger transport;

Serious situation in Curitiba
Curitiba registered, this Tuesday (1), 1,302 new cases of COVID-19 and 13 deaths of city dwellers infected by new coronavirus. So far, there are 1,758 deaths in the city caused by the disease in this pandemic period. With the new confirmed cases, 80,062 residents of Curitiba have tested positive for covid-19 since the beginning of the pandemic. There are 13,253 active cases in the city, corresponding to the number of people with the potential to transmit the virus.
