Lawyer Frederick Wassef, who has served for President Jair Bolsonaro (non-party) and one of his sons, Senator Flávio Bolsonaro (Republicans-RJ), was accused of racial harm by a pizzeria assistant in Brasilia (DF). Yesterday he registered a police report at the first police station.
According to the police file, the case occurred last Sunday (8), around 9 pm, at Shopping Pier 21.

Racism versus racial harm
The Racism Act of 1989 includes “crimes resulting from discrimination or prejudice on the grounds of race, color, ethnic origin, religion or national origin”.
