The President of the United States, Donald Trump, may return to fulfill public commitments from Saturdaysaid Dr. Sean Conley (8) on Thursday. According to the newsletter, the republican responded “extremely well” to treatments against Covid-19.
Conley said it is possible to affirm Trump’s return to public activities because on Saturday, 10 days have passed since the president received a positive diagnosis for the new coronavirus. This is in accordance with the guidelines of the US Centers for Disease Control.
According to the medical bulletin, there have been no signs of progression since he returned to the White House on Monday. The document does not say if the president has symptoms.
The president of the United States received treatment with an antiviral cocktail that is still being tested in the country. In a video, he said that he “feels better than 20 years ago” and intends to launch this drug, even without fully proven effectiveness, to all Americans.

US broadcaster ABC announced Thursday that it will hold an event only with Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden on October 15, the date on which the second debate between him and President Donald Trump would take place.
The announcement came after the organizing committee said that the two candidates would participate in a virtual debate to avoid risks, as the president is still recovering from Covid-19. Trump, however, rejected the offer, calling it “ridiculous.”
“I am not going to waste time with a virtual debate, that is not the idea of a debate. You sit behind a computer and debate, it is ridiculous. This is not acceptable to us,” he said.
Democrats and Republicans have yet to schedule what would be a third debate, for the 22nd. Trump’s team even suggested that a new meeting be scheduled on the 29th, less than a week before the November 3 elections, but this once it was Biden’s campaign that refused.
