HE federal government forwarded the Proposed annual budget 2021 (PLOA 2021) to fill more than 50 thousand vacancies. Of this total, 982 places are for admission to the electoral justice.
The assignment of vacancies is not yet an authorization or confirmation that the amount will be covered through public notices. First, the text has yet to be approved by Congress.

In addition, a specific ordinance should be issued by the Superior Electoral Tribunal (TSE) at the beginning of next year, as has been done since 2017, definitively authorizing these provisions.
TRE Contests: Public Notices Can Fill 374 Vacancies
Since 2017, the Regional Electoral Courts throughout the country have been contracting in a restricted way due to the New Tax Regime. However, every year, in January, the TSE reviews the number of authorized landfills.

PLOA foresees more than 50 thousand positions
The Federal Government sent the 2021 Annual Budget Bill (PLOA). According to the text of the budget, no less than 53,111 vacancies are expected in public tenders for next year.
Of the total vacancies in the contest, 50,946 are for provision and 2,165 for job creation.
According to the Federal Budget Secretary of the Ministry of Economy, George Soares, there is no provision to structure or increase the budget. However, it says that contests for Education, in the Federal District and for the replacement of vacant positions, in addition to the Armed Forces.
“In Annex V, there are plans for teacher competitions, who retire and are replaced, and vacant positions (competitions for vacant positions). Outside of that, it has personnel for the Army, Navy and Air Force, which is normal, with employees who enter every year, and something for the Federal District, which was the law approved for the Police and Firefighters ”, he said George Soares.
