At the helm of the team since the start of the season, Tiago Nunes racked up negative numbers: he had the third worst performance of a team coach since 2008 and the sixth worst performance in classics. In total, there were 27 games, divided into nine wins, ten draws and eight losses. Despite the poor performance, the professional guaranteed to have dedicated himself to the maximum in all the games.
“Commanding Corinthians was a wish, and even without reaching the expectations created, we seek daily not only the good of the team, but of the Club as a whole. My conscience, however, remains clear and aware that we are doing our best right now. I always tried to talk, discuss and question the situations in our routine, ”he said.
