Three of the main people involved in the confusion that took place in Leblon last weekend, when two women in bikini were assaulted by regulars in a bar, are reported to the police as suspected of being the authors of bodily injuries. According to the newspaper O Globo, the driver of the car, the architect who threw the water bottles at the women and one of the girls were involved in the cases of attacks registered in Rio police stations between 2013 and last month.

Aline Cristina Araújo Silva, 37, is the architect who, disturbed by the “parade” of the car with the women in bikini, threw bottles of water at the vehicle. According to the newspaper, a former mother-in-law accused her of pressuring her and demanding that she stop talking to her granddaughter on July 15, 2014.

The alleged victim stated in the XIV DP (Leblon) that the act of violence occurred after Aline went to her door and cursed her.

Businesswoman Scheila Danielle Gmack Santiago, 30, who is the woman whose bikini top was ripped off in the confusion after beating Aline, has records of bodily injury and burglary. According to O Globo, the first refers to an accusation that Aline hit and kicked a young woman at a kiosk in Praia do Pepê.

In the second, a man with whom she became involved accused her of breaking into his apartment, located in Barra da Tijuca.

Finally, production engineer Wilton Vacari Filho, who was driving the convertible, appears in two police reports: one from November 2013 and the other from September 9 this year.

In the first, he is mentioned in a fight in Maracana, the case is still being processed in the Special Courts of Partisans and Major Events.

In the second, of 10 DP (Botafogo), Wilton is accused of assaulting an employee of an events company at a party on a boat in Marina da Glória. Wilton claims he was patted on the buttocks, which started the fight.

Yesterday, the driver of the convertible called the architect who threw the bottles at the “repressed” vehicle and promised to sue her for defamation.
