- Those who received exempt, non-taxable or taxed income exclusively at source with an amount greater than R $ 40 thousand in 2019;
- Who was included in 2019 as a dependent of the taxpayer with one of the three previous points. as a spouse, partner, child or stepchild under 21 or under 24 enrolled in a place of higher education or secondary technical education;
- Who lives abroad;
- Who is locked in a closed regime;
- Who has an indication of death in the government databases.
The payment schedule for payees who signed up through the website or app has yet to be published.
