The Catalan authorities searched the club for evidence to investigate “Barçagate”

Bartomeu was arrested at his home while the police seized evidence at the Camp Nou offices in Barcelona. Other club directors were also detained, such as Óscar Grau, executive director, and Román Gómez Pontí, head of legal services.
