As if the constant postponements that were The last of us, part II suffered, even without any launch prognosis for some time, fans of the series still had to deal with another headache: the leak of key scenes from the game, which have hit the internet in recent days.

It’s unclear who leaked the game or where it happened, but everyone’s frustration, both fans and the production team, is common knowledge. And today the developer Naughty dog, responsible for the game, commented on what happened.
Through Twitter, the company released the following statement:
“We know that the past few days have been incredibly difficult for you. We feel the same. It’s disheartening to watch the launch and share development scenes before the launch. Do your best to avoid spoilers, and we ask that you do not spoil others.
The Last of Us Part II will be in your hands soon. No matter what you see or hear, the final experience will be worth it. “
The Last of Us II is scheduled to launch for the day 19th of June.
