Bank of Brazil: branches are open from 10 am to 3 pm. The life test can also be performed at self-service terminals that offer biometrics;
Federal Economic Fund: service from 8am to 1pm. However, the hours may vary according to the determinations of each region and the day of payment of the emergency aid;
Itaú Unibanco: From 9 a.m. to 10 a.m., it exclusively serves the public of retirees, pensioners and groups at risk of coronavirus. It is also automatically renewed through registered biometric data;
Bradesco: Those with biometrics can carry out the procedure at ATMs and Banco 24Horas. The branches are open from 10 am to 2 pm. To serve retirees and people with disabilities, they open at least one hour before. Hours may vary according to the requirements of each region;
Santander: Agencies are prioritizing care for the elderly, pregnant women and the disabled between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m. The insured can do it through an agency, with the help of the manager, or through self-service.
Necessary documents
To take the life test, policyholders must bring an official photo ID to renew their password. Like, for example, RG, Work permit or National Driver’s License (CNH).
In addition, it should be mentioned that some banking institutions allow vouchers to be made through ATMs, Internet banking, among other channels.
The beneficiary who does not carry out the life test has the suspended benefit. If you don’t reactivate, you also run the risk of your payment being canceled.
