This week, the Federal Council of Justice released a total of R $ 978.7 million to pay the debts of the INSS (National Institute of Social Security) with the insured who won the body in the Judicial Power.
The arrears, called RPVs (Small Value Requests), are up to 60 minimum wages, which is equivalent to R $ 62.7 thousand in 2020. The amount will go to a total of 73,445 beneficiaries from all over Brazil, who have expired 58,693 lawsuits against the institute for granting or reviewing benefits.
This month’s payment batch includes beneficiaries whose shares have come to an end and whose payment order was issued by the judge in September. The amount of R $ 203 million is intended for insured residents in São Paulo and Mato Grosso do Sul, served by TRF-3 (Regional Federal Court of the 3rd Region).
According to TRF-3, the securities processing phase begins this week and should end next. Therefore, the money will already be available in the insured account. The procedure involves opening accounts with Banco do Brasil and Caixa Econômica Federal in the name of the insured or their lawyer.
How to know if you will receive in October
To find out if you are going to get paid this month, the insured who has an action against the institute already in the final stage should check the payment situation on the website www.trf3.jus.br.
When accessing, the beneficiary must look for the option “Payment requests” and then enter their data or those of their lawyer. Payment will be made in this lot if the insured has a delay whose filing date is sometime in September.
However, another field on the website should be noted, which is the “month year of the proposal”. It should contain “10/2020”.
