The father of the murderer of Gilmar da Silva, 37, killed with three shots on Thursday afternoon (19), in the Moreninha 3 neighborhood of Campo Grande, helped his son escape, shortly after the crime, according to the mother of the assassin.
The woman’s complaint was made to the police on Thursday afternoon (19), when she was seen at the UPA Moreninhas (Emergency Care Unit). He did not tell what actually happened to his son to commit the murder. But police said the victim was shot while trying to defend her brother in a fight.
The crime took place on Rua Araticum. Witnesses reported that he worked as a truck driver and lived about three blocks away with his wife, ten-year-old stepdaughter, and one-year-old baby. Moments before, he had gone to a neighbor’s house to borrow a cable. The victim’s brother was taken to the police station to testify.
The information indicates that the brother, a user, was involved in a disagreement. While trying to protect him, Gilmar was shot in the neck and chest. He could not resist his injuries and died on the spot. Fire Department teams and Samu (Mobile Emergency Service) were called in, but could not do anything.
