The dental surgeon Gionnar Loiola is among the victims of the Quiterianópolis massacre. The information was confirmed by his brother, the journalist Nathan Loiola, through social networks, this Sunday 18. The dentist worked in the city of Novo Oriente.
The massacre left five people dead this afternoon. They were all on a porch when criminals armed with large caliber weapons arrived at the scene, ordered everyone to lie down on the ground, and fired.
The Ministry of Public Security and Social Defense (SSPDS) has not yet released the names of the victims. Local residents report that the victims are a teenager named Léo, who worked in a bar and would be on site to deliver drinks; and other men identified only as Ratinho, Reinaik and Pirineu, in addition to the dentist Gionnar Loiola, whose identity was confirmed by his brother.
The targets of the executioners were, according to witnesses, Reinaik and Pirineu. The others were reportedly killed for being at the scene at the time of the crime.
Residents used social media to comment on the crime that scared everyone in the neighborhood. The Military Police is in place and the Forensic Expertise vehicle to carry out the first examinations. In the event, five were killed and a sixth person was shot, but survived. One of the dead wore electronic anklets, but which of them has not yet been announced.
