The INSS (National Institute of Social Security) agencies will reopen next Monday (14). However, according to the institute, the service will be exclusive to those who make an appointment. The face-to-face service has been suspended since March due to the pandemic of coronavirus.
According to the INSS, the priority will be medical expertise, social evaluation, compliance with requirements, administrative justification and professional rehabilitation services. Judicial justification and assistance related to operational monitoring of benefits will also resume.
