A 17-year-old adolescent was detained by the Vila Velha Municipal Guard, in the state of Espírito Santo, last Tuesday night (17). The minor is known by the authorities for managing drug points in the municipality and also for amputating limbs and extracting teeth from rivals in the region.
The arrest took place in the Ibes neighborhood, where the territory he dominated would be. According to Deputy Inspector Rusley Medeiros, the teenager was on a motorcycle with a friend when they were approached by the Romu team (Ronda Ostensiva Municipal).
