The affectionate son of federal deputy Flordelis dos Santos (PSD-RJ), Wagner Andrade Pimenta, known as Misael, said he was manipulated by his mother, as well as by other brothers suspected of being involved in the death of Pastor Anderson do Carmo, husband by Flordelis. Misael (MDB-RJ) is a councilor of São Gonçalo, city of the Metropolitan Region of Rio de Janeiro, and named Flordelis as the main crime in testimony to the police.
“Today I am 42 years old and I think she manipulated me, it was brainwashing,” Misael said in an interview with the newspaper Extra, in addition to maintaining a “thank you” for Flordelis and did “everything to please her.”
“I was 12 when I got home. I thought I was doing the right thing, helping children, taking donations on the street. I got involved. I didn’t realize there was this manipulation,” added the councilor, who is one of the 55 children of the deputy, between biological, adopted and affective.
Misael has broken off with her mother since June last year, when she testified to police a few days after Anderson’s death. According to her, Flordelis “did not accept her position” and that “generated a natural separation”. The councilor believes that his brothers who affirm the deputy’s innocence are lying.
“Whoever took her side did not tell the truth. They were manipulated. I told them what I knew, I gave my cell phone to the police station. She did not count on that, that I should position myself in that way,” said the councilor, elected in São Gonçalo as Misael. by Flordelis.
“Justice will be served. I think that, deep in his heart, he regrets what he did. He was the central cog in the family. He does not show this regret in attitudes, but when he puts his head on the pillow, he must think : ‘What have I done with my life?’ ”Misael said.
Notice to Anderson
The councilman also reported that he warned the pastor about the plan to kill him, but that Anderson “was blind” and did not believe in the possibility that Flordelis was plotting his death.
“Yes. I even talked to him about it. He even came to see me because he found out there was a ghoulish plot. But he didn’t take it seriously. I even talked to him about the possibility that she was involved, but he didn’t. He believed.” said.
“She was God in heaven and she was on earth. The pastor loved her very much,” added the affectionate son of congresswoman Flordelis, who continues to serve in Brasilia because he has parliamentary immunity and cannot be detained.
In the investigation carried out by the MP-RJ (Rio de Janeiro Attorney General’s Office) and the Civil Police, Flordelis is designated as the main crime. Five children and a granddaughter of the deputy have already been arrested on suspicion of involvement in the death of Anderson, killed with 30 shots in the garage of the family home in Niterói (RJ).
