The extension occurred due to the success of the campaign. To date, 2.5 million debt renegotiations have been registered. Lucas Lopes, director of Serasa Limpa Nome, stated: “The action has benefited a lot of people and, to help even more consumers, we decided to extend the term so that people can take advantage of this condition.”
With the extension, the expectation is that the action has the potential to pay more than 21.5 million debts.

To participate in the campaign, it is necessary to enter the Serasa website or download the application and register. Thus, it is possible to use the services with the guarantee that only the interested party has access to the data. Debits can also be settled by WhatsApp, at (11) 9-8870-7025.
Financial information and consumer debts are displayed on the platform. The platform also presents the renegotiation options for each debt. After choosing one of the options, simply choose to pay in cash or installments and the due date. The Serasa platform creates one or more vouchers, depending on the chosen payment method, with the chosen expiration date as well.
Serasa agencies do not have a provision to again serve the public in person. Tickets can be paid for at bank applications, bank branches, or lottery stores.
