  2. Login with the password you created;
  3. In the menu on the left, select the option “Schedule your experience” and then “Schedule new”;
  4. Follow the progress of your application in the option “Claim result / Disability benefit”;
  5. Go to the agency on the date scheduled for the expert report carrying the required documents.

For those who work with an employment contract (CLT), it is necessary to present an official identification document with a photo, work permit or document that proves their contribution to the INSS and a statement issued by the employer indicating the last day worked.

For rural workers, farmers and fishermen, it is necessary to present documents that prove the activity. In the case of a request for a work accident, the Work Accident Communication (CAT) will also be required.
