In the case of pensions, the new regulations allow accumulation in the following cases. Check out:

When hoarding is prohibited

The accumulation of INSS benefits is prohibited in the following situations:

  • Retirement subsidy and benefits;
  • Two death pensions left by a spouse, children or parents;
  • Unemployment insurance plus another Social Security benefit, except death or accident assistance;
  • Maternity wages and sickness benefits; and
  • Sickness benefit plus retirement.
