How to answer?

Those who believe that they comply with the requirements for the aid and whose registration was denied can file an extrajudicial appeal by the Public Defender’s Office of the Union, the measure was created jointly between the Defender’s Office and the Ministry of Citizenship.
To make an out-of-court challenge, the citizen must contact the Public Defender of his city and open a Legal Assistance Process (PAJ). The contract is made by email or by phone, as reported and made available by the city unit. In some cities, like São Paulo, it is possible to fill out a form and wait for a response from the Ombudsman. This alternative has limited daily subscriptions.
