A merchant who was passing by Rua Aires Saldanha, in Copacabana (south zone of Rio de Janeiro), died on Monday afternoon after being hit by a gas cylinder thrown through the window of an apartment on the 12th floor. who launched the boat was arrested.

The accused of throwing the boat out the window is Venílson da Silva Souza, 33. According to the police, he has psychiatric problems. During the afternoon, Souza was in a relative’s apartment when he suffered an outbreak and began throwing objects out the window. First he threw part of a stove, which did not hit anyone.
