It should be remembered that Rollo also announced an agreement with Huachipato, from Chile, for Yeferson Soteldo. After the approval of the Deliberative Council more than two months ago, the negotiation was not concluded. The debts with Atlético Nacional and Huachipato keep Santos blocked in FIFA.
