Two military policemen were arrested on Saturday in Belford Roxo (RJ) after a video captured approaching two young black men who were found dead hours after the incident. In the images obtained by Twitter, recorded at dawn by security cameras in a dimly lit street in the municipality of Baixada Fluminense, one of the PM appears shooting the victims on a motorcycle for no apparent reason.
Shots at point-blank range, they leave the place alive, when they get into a vehicle at 1:15 in the morning, in an action that lasts only nine minutes, as shown in the video. The bodies were found Saturday afternoon, less than two miles from the scene of the shooting, followed by an approach recorded by security cameras on the street.
Jordan Luiz Natividade, 17, was handcuffed. With a head injury, Edson Arguinez Júnior, 20, appears in the images recorded on Rua Margem Esquerda, in Vila Medeiros, in Belford Roxo (RJ) with the shirt on the spot, to stop the bleeding. The Civil Police are still investigating the case to see if the injury was caused by the shooting.
Corporal Júlio César Ferreira dos Santos and soldier Jorge Luiz Custódio da Costa were arrested on suspicion of perpetrating the crime of qualified homicide, after being identified in the video. The young man will be buried this afternoon in a cemetery in Belford Roxo (RJ).

PMs did not report lightning shots

What the police said
