According to the information provided by the MP, Ester Mendes de Araujo, Rafael Martins Presta, Rafael Del Giudice Ferreira, Rodrigo Lima Pereira, Luis Claudio dos Santos and Luiz Eduardo dos Santos Salgueiro will be responsible for the crime of bodily injury.

Remember the case
On May 30, the doctor returned home after taking a 24-hour shift, and would have another that night. Ticyana said at that time that she could not rest because of the noise in the neighboring house. She said that the clandestine ballads with crowds of people and loud music until dawn, had been produced for three days in a row. Several complaints had already been filed, but nothing resolved.
That day he decided to go home. Tyciana said she called the intercom to ask for the celebration to stop, but it was not answered. She then reported breaking the rear view mirror of one of the vehicles and smashing the windshield in an “unthinkable act.”
Soon after, some men left the residence and the attacks began. They trampled her hands, broke her knee and hanged her until she lost consciousness with a naked rear strangulation. Then one of the men put her on the shoulder and, still unconscious, other men and a woman beat the doctor even more with hair pulling. Finally, they threw the doctor to the ground.
The residents of Grajaú even held a demonstration in support of the doctor.
