According to the MP’s complaint, part of the money collected from the ‘crackers’ was transferred to Flávio Bolsonaro’s family patrimony through three methods. One of them was the payment of family expenses with cash in kind
247 – The Ministry of Rio de Janeiro (MP-RJ) reported that Senator Flávio Bolsonaro (Republicans) embezzled R $ 6 million in public money through the cracked scheme in the Legislative Assembly of Rio, where he served his term before being elected to the Senate.
The deputy’s complaint indicated that part of the money collected from the ‘crackers’ was transferred to the family patrimony of Flávio Bolsonaro through three methods. One of them was the payment of family expenses in cash, according to Fausto Macedo’s blog.
The other route was the deposits in kind made in the bank accounts of the parliamentarian and his wife with amounts collected by the financial operators of the criminal organization, with dates close to the expiration of the debts that would be canceled in these accounts.
The complaint noted that those involved in the plan also carried out real estate transactions using undeclared cash in a covert manner, stemming from the misappropriation of Alerj funds.
Former aide to the senator, Luiza Sousa Paes admitted in her testimony that she was a ghostly employee in Flávio’s office and had to repay more than 90% of her salary.
Flávio Bolsonaro’s main advisor in Alerj, Queiroz was arrested on June 18 in Atibaia (SP), where he was hiding on property that belongs to Frederick Wassef, then Flávio’s lawyer, then abandoned the parliamentary defense.
According to a report from the former Council of Financial Activities (Coaf), Queiroz carried out atypical financial transactions. It was R $ 7 million from 2014 to 2017, according to agency calculations.
