In addition, those who as of December 31, 2019 had possession or ownership of goods or rights worth more than R $ 300 thousand cannot receive the aid. Brazilians residing abroad and prisoners in a closed regime cannot receive aid of R $ 300 either.
Those who obtained a formal job, with a work contract, will also not be able to receive the new quotas, as well as those who received any security or social assistance benefit.
