A Civil Police managed to capture the main fugitive of the searches carried out this Friday (25), in the Barreiro region, within Operation Fifth Commandment. Fifteen search and seizure warrants have been executed and seven prison sentences have now been handed down. Only the drug dealer known as Baiano, who is linked to the PCC and accused of being the main of two murders, in addition to being the “patron” of drug trafficking in four parts of Belo Horizonte: Vila Bernadete, Milionrios, Vila So Paulo and the Parque Arrudas Building Complex, in the Bonsucesso neighborhood. He was arrested early in the evening.
Until June 17, according to delegate Alexandre Fonseca, Baiano was imprisoned in Nelson Hungaryconviction for drug trafficking. But he was released, allowed to complete the remainder of the punishment under house arrest. Only he did not provide his home address, according to police.
“As we learned, he did not even give an address where he would go and still he was awarded the benefit. The Military Police were already at the previous address they provided and never found Baiano, ”he says. delegate Fonseca.
Murder series
First murder for which the defendant Baiano was admitted eight days after his release from prison. The victim had a partner, but since he had assaulted her, he was unable to approach her. Baiano was approached by the woman’s son, saying that the man had returned to the region and that, to protect his mother, he would give a reward to whoever killed him.
On June 26, the man was captured and taken to the criminal court, which ruled his death. As agreed with the woman’s son, Baiano accomplished and received R $ 500 for the service.
On July 18, second homicide. A man, who had lost five friends killed by drug traffickers, had gone to visit his father-in-law in Bairro New from industries. He was seen by traffic scouts in the area, who informed Baiano.
Baiano asked the trafficker in the region to send his “soldiers”, who are the executioners (also called “warriors”), to kill the man. He said he owed him a “favor” for when his friend needed it. And so it was done.
